1. What information do we collect?

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register for the Services, express interest in obtaining information about us, participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise contact us.

The personal information we collect may include:

Sensitive information

We do not process sensitive personal information.

Payment data

We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number and security code. All payment data is handled and stored by Stripe. You may find their privacy notice at stripe.com/privacy.

Social media login data

We offer the option to register using existing social media accounts (Google, Apple). If you register this way, we will collect certain profile information from the social media provider as described in Section 5.

If you use our mobile app, we may collect:

Information automatically collected

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services — such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, and usage data. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services.

3. When and with whom do we share your information?

We may share information with the following third-party service providers:

We may also share information in connection with business transfers, legal requirements, or with business partners to offer certain products, services, or promotions.

4. Do we use cookies and tracking technologies?

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some technologies help maintain security, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save preferences, and assist with basic site functions.

5. How do we handle social logins?

Our Services allow you to register and log in using third-party social media account details (Google, Apple). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information from the provider — typically your name, email address, and profile picture. We use this information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.

6. SMS communications

Important — SMS consent and opt-out information

Servvo uses SMS text messaging to send service invitations. Here is how it works:

How you receive SMS messages from Servvo

SMS messages are sent to customers who have been invited to the Servvo platform by their service provider. The service provider enters the customer's phone number in the Servvo app and explicitly taps "Send Invite" to initiate contact. The recipient's pre-existing business relationship with the provider constitutes the basis for this communication. No SMS is ever sent without a provider deliberately initiating the invite action.

Types of SMS messages

You may receive the following types of SMS messages from Servvo:

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service provider's activity on the platform.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Rates are determined by your carrier and the specifics of your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.

Opting out

To stop receiving SMS messages from Servvo, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, sign up again as you did the first time.

Support

For help with SMS communications, reply HELP to any message, or email us at [email protected].

Privacy of your mobile number

We do not share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. How long do we keep your information?

We keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. No purpose in this notice will require us to keep your personal information longer than the period of time in which you have an account with us.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information.

8. How do we keep your information safe?

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

9. Do we collect information from minors?

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18, please contact us at [email protected].
